Do you work with any immigration status?
Yes: PR, work permit, study permit, working holiday and people still applying. It changes the landlord letter.
Can I secure a home before I arrive?
In many cases yes; it depends on your profile and arrival date. We explain in the Consultation.
Do you serve areas outside Calgary?
For now, Calgary and area.
How much is the Consultation?
$50, 60 minutes, credited toward your package within 14 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Guiado, Essential and Premium can be paid in full, in 2 or in 3 monthly payments. The Kit and the Consultation are paid in full.
Can I upgrade to a bigger package later?
Yes. Everything you have paid counts as credit toward the next package. You pay only the difference.
